By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app provides tools for learning through flashcards and quizzes.
The app supports two modes of use:
- local-only use, where data is stored on your device
- optional account-based use, where data may be stored and synced across devices
3. local-only use
You may use the app without creating an account.
In this mode:
- your learning progress, settings, name, and profile image are stored locally on your device
- this data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers
You are responsible for your device and any data stored on it. We cannot recover lost local data.
4. accounts and cloud sync (if used)
If you choose to create an account or use cloud synchronization features:
- your data may be stored on our servers
- your data may be synced across multiple devices
- you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. data and content
You retain ownership of any content you create in the app.
By using account-based features, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful purposes
- attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- attempt to access data that does not belong to you

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice.
8. disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- loss of data stored on your device
- loss of data stored in your account
- interruptions or errors in the service
10. changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If you continue to use the app, you accept the updated Terms. If you use account-based features, you may be required to accept updated Terms to continue using those features.
